For staff trainings we have the following two phases;

2. Building Capacities (Non-Technical)
1. Enhancing skills refer to the technical or hard skills improvement or up gradation of the existing skills to be boosted. PiCS has carved out its own approach and methodology flashing back to its vast perspective of skill building and capacity development trainings in the past. It has resolved to continue improving its teaching techniques and course materials to match the ever changing world of business, skill and behavior. PiCS strongly believes in maintaining its own distinctive standards and differentiation from others in the market by imparting quality knowledge and education.
2. Building Capacities:
Developing Capacities is on the other hand refer to soft skills improvement or enhancement of the existing skills of the employees or building new skills of the students. With enhanced capacities of employees and staff, institutional strengthening becomes easy. PiCS has its own strategy for improving institutional strengthening by Organizational Capacity Development.
