English and Computer Training for KM Staff

Project Background The KM lacks the internal human capacity to manage large scale, donor or self funded projects. To remedy this situation, KCI and the Kabul Municipality intend to send 60 municipal employees to the Project Management Institute (PMI) for training in project management. The first 20 staff have been identified. Prior to attending the PMI course, students will be required to participate in a two week, interactive English speaking/communication and computer usage program.

In this Project Protech provided training of Basic English language, Project Managment Institue(PMI) Glossary, and Computer Hardware, Ms Windows XP and Ms Word2007 for more then 60 Kabul Municipality Employees. At end protech to took test of the participatns and distributed the certfication to sucussfull partcipants.
