Project Background:
In Afghanistan, 23 years of war devastated public infrastructure including education sector. By any measure, the formal education system in Afghanistan almost collapsed. The most informed estimates indicate that Afghanistan’s education indicators are among the worst in the world.
Due to a spectrum of problems - cultural barriers, civil war, destruction of education infrastructure, and the hostility of the Taliban to secular education - people were unable to educate their selves and their children At present, the ministries staff are still challenged by education of this time.
The strict Taliban’s ban on education and learning of Computer deprived millions of people from the new technologies. Now this staffs has passed school and university but are still they face with many problems in their working. After the fall of the Taliban and with a new Afghan Government in place, all foreign countries paid full attention to Afghanistan and to the people of Afghanistan and give different supports to Afghanistan for example one is donation of computers to some ministries but still the ministry staff don't know using of computer and always they are facing with computer problems so they could not bring any facilities on their works.
To provide timely, effective and relevant responses to these new challenges, we designed a very effective learning project for those people who had deprived and now they counts as illiterates. This project will make them professional in their works.
Highlights of Opening Ceremony
At the morning of 10th of July 2007 this Ceremony has been held in Governor Building of Paktika Province regarding to announce a new project of Computer Vocational Education with the hand of honorable governor Dr. Akram Khpalwak and PRT Commander.
Proper start of ceremony start when governor Dr. Akaram Khpalwak arrive there with other respectable guest.
Mr. Anwar Aman have welcome the arriving guest with great warm ship and the other peoples solidarities was including in the wishes of the Anwar Aman.
Governor has Traditionally opening of the project by cutting the belt of opening sign and have take a start of Computer Vocational Education Project by turning on the computer, then Check the computers and Brows internet pages after that Some of the Deferent Department Directors of the Paktika Province Check the Computer Class and Computers then governor has expressed in his short message great wishes for the new opening project and pay thanks for Such Projects in Paktika province from PRT. And on the great honor of governor.
The other guests also pay great wishes for the project and have enjoy the ceremony this opening ceremony has been continued till afternoon

Computer Class Starting Time Issue
During the opening Ceremony some of the Students which are officials from Deferent Department of the Paktika Province Discussing the Time of Computer Class some of them said Class should start in Morning Time and some of them said after 2:00PM (afternoon) then we Decide to have two Classes in two times. Now we have one Class from Morning ( 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM) and other Class from afternoon ( 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Each class has more then 20 students and getting theory and Practical Training.
